JVP Student Network Solidarity Statement
The Jewish Voice for Peace Student Network stands in solidarity with black students at the University of Missouri, and at schools around the country, who have endured harassment, threats of violence, and an unsafe campus environment for far too long. We support the work of #ConcernedStudent1950 and are keeping students in our thoughts as the situation develops.
We urge administrators and leaders at Mizzou to take immediate action to ensure the safety and well being of students of color, and we support the struggles of students of color across the country and around the world against anti-black racism on their campuses and in their communities.
