Rapid Response: Tell the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to Oppose David Friedman as US Ambassador to Israel

When it comes to civil rights, immigration, labor, public education, the environment, and virtually everything else, Trump’s agenda is toxic.

Certainly Israel/Palestine is no different!

Trump has nominated David Friedman to be the next US ambassador to Israel.

Friedman is not just a supporter of Israel’s illegal and immoral settlements, he is a leader in the settlement movement having spent years funneling money from the US to settlements.

Friedman has also denied that Palestinian refugees exist, called liberal Jews kapos, and supported annexation of the West Bank.

Here is the good news: we have a fighting chance of defeating him!

First stop for Friedman is the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. So for our first round of calls, we’re going to make sure the leaders of the committee know that Friedman is an extremist who has no business being the next US ambassador to Israel.

Simply call and tell them you would like the Senator to oppose David Friedman as the next US ambassador to Israel.

You don’t need talking points, they’re taking a tally (a tally which matters!). Be polite and thank them for their time.
